Neil Reynolds
Neil qualified as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser in 2016 after transitioning from a successful management career in the telecommunications industry. His decision to pursue a career in financial services was inspired by his late brother, Jonathan Reynolds, who dedicated much of his time to mentoring and supporting Neil throughout his journey.
Following Jonathan’s passing in December 2024, Neil became Director of Complete Mortgage Solutions NI, continuing the business and its commitment to providing trusted, client-focused advice. In addition to leading the company, Neil serves as trustee and executor of Jonathan’s estate and oversees the management of a portfolio of 16 investment properties.
Neil manages the day-to-day operations of Complete Mortgage Solutions NI while continuing to grow and manage his own property portfolio. His passion for property investment began at the age of 32 when he purchased his first buy-to-let property. Today, his portfolio includes a range of long-term rental properties as well as a successful holiday let on Northern Ireland’s beautiful North Coast.
With over 10 years’ experience in the mortgage and financial services industry, alongside extensive knowledge of the property sector, Neil is committed to providing honest, professional advice tailored to each client’s individual needs. Personal Assistant
Leah Hadden
I joined Complete Mortgage Solutions NI in January 2025 as Personal Assistant to Neil, where I provide comprehensive administrative support for the business while also assisting with the management of Neil’s rental property portfolio.
With a strong background in management within the telecommunications industry, I have developed excellent leadership, organisational, and customer service skills throughout my career.
Although I do not have a formal financial background, I have developed a strong interest in the finance sector and am committed to building a long-term career in financial services with Complete Mortgage Solutions NI, supporting Neil in the continued growth of the business. I have successfully passed CeMAP 1 and am currently studying for my CeMAP 2 exam as I work towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser. I am eager to broaden my knowledge and expertise through both my studies and practical experience, enabling me to provide the highest level of service and support to our clients.

Jodie Kinkead
In June 2026, I joined Complete Mortgage Solutions NI, providing administrative support while beginning my career in the financial services industry and working towards becoming a fully qualified mortgage adviser.
Having started my career in the property industry in 2018, I have built a strong foundation in client relationships and developed a genuine passion for helping people navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
During my time in estate agency, I gained extensive experience across a range of roles, including administration, sales negotiation, property valuations, lettings, property management, and new-build developments. This broad industry experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of the property market and the needs of clients at every stage of their journey.
Transitioning into financial services is an exciting and natural next step in my career. I am committed to providing a friendly, approachable, and professional service, taking the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances and supporting them with confidence and clarity throughout the mortgage process.
